- US: Free Shipping on orders over $300
- US: $10 Shipping on orders below $300
- US: $35.00 Expedited Shipping
- International: $45.00 Standard Shipping
Return policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition and with its original packaging within 10 days and we will provide you with a store credit (we cannot offer refunds). Clothing must be unwashed and unworn to return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale items
- Swimwear and underwear
- Jewelry
- God's True Cashmere
- Custom orders
Making a return
Please contact us to start your return. Once we've approved it, you can return your item in-person to our Mill Valley location, or by post.
When mailing us your return, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping (unless you were shipped the wrong item). It is recommended that you ship your return with a carrier who will provide a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. We do not accept COD's. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
