- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
What items are returnable?
TYSA prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in it's original condition within 10 days and we will provide you with a store credit.
- They must be in original condition.
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
- In the original packaging.
Please note that swimwear, SALE items and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless you were shipped the wrong item. It is recommended that you ship your return with a carrier who will provide a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. We do not accept COD's.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your return will be processed and you will receive store credit immediately. We do not offer refunds.
* Cancellations and alterations of web orders cannot be done via email- please call TYSA at 818-318-1138 to cancel or change an order.

US- Free Shipping on orders over $50
US- $7.50 Priority Shipping on orders below $50
US- $25.00 Express Overnight Shipping
International - $35.00 Standard Shipping

Due to overwhelming demand and a reduced workforce shipping times have increased. Be assured your package will ship out in the order it was received and know that we are working hard to get each and every order out in a timely manner and taking every precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
